The idea was born in Piedmont, among the hills and the scent of hazelnuts, in the Obialero family, devoted to chocolate for over thirty years. A journey of research, passion and care that took shape in Cioccolato Puro, our chocolate shop in the heart of Pinerolo, in the historic Piazza del Duomo.

At our production facility, every day, we select the finest cocoa crus and pair them with spices, fruit and nuts, with special attention to Piedmont PGI hazelnuts. Creativity and the pursuit of flavor have always been the foundation of our work: we create true sculptures of flavor thanks to advanced tempering, molding and coating techniques, without ever giving up the careful, detail-oriented processing that sets us apart.
