The idea was born in Piedmont, among the hills and the scent of hazelnuts, in the Obialero family, chocolate lovers for over thirty years . A journey of research, passion, and care, which took shape in Cioccolato Puro , our artisanal chocolate shop located in the heart of Pinerolo, in the historic Piazza del Duomo.

In our laboratory, every day, we select the finest cocoa crus and combine them with spices, fruits, and nuts, with a special focus on Piedmont PGI Hazelnuts . Creativity and a quest for flavor have always been the cornerstone of our work: we create true sculptures of flavor, using advanced tempering, modeling, and coating techniques, while never compromising the artisanal method that sets us apart.
