General Conditions
(pursuant to Chapter I, Title 3, Part 3, of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments)

1. Introduction and effectiveness
These General Conditions govern the purchase of products and services through the website www.vasetto.it (“Site”) in compliance with the Consumer Code.
Seller: CIOCCOLATOPURO SRL, Piazza San Donato 46, 10064 Pinerolo (TO), CF/PI 12781510016, info@cioccolatopuro.com (“CIOCCOLATO PURO”).
The Customer must read the General Conditions before ordering. If the buyer is not a "consumer" or requests an invoice, the withdrawal provisions do not apply. The contract is governed by Italian law and is written in the Italian language.
2. Choice and order of Products
Prices and features are listed on the Website. To purchase, complete the order form, accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, and enter your shipping and payment information. Submitting an order constitutes a contractual offer and implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
The contract is concluded with a confirmation email containing an order summary. The Customer has 12 hours to report errors to info@cioccolatopuro.com .
Orders are processed within 10 business days. If a product is unavailable, the customer can confirm or cancel within 12 hours of notification. If there is no response, the order will continue with the available products, and the amount for the missing items will be refunded.
3. Product Information
The images on the Site are illustrative and may not perfectly represent the product; the text description is authoritative.
4. Prices and shipping
All prices are in Euros and include taxes.
Italy: Free shipping on orders over €50, €9.90 for orders under €50.
International shipping: €9.90. Countries served: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Principality of Monaco, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), Sweden, and the United Kingdom.
5. Payment methods and invoicing
Payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club), PayPal, bank transfer, prepaid cards, Masterpass.
Transactions are processed on secure servers using SSL protocol. The site does not store card details, but after your first purchase, you can purchase without re-entering your details. Bank transfers are due within 3 days for products, and 1 day for events/courses.
Invoicing: Professionals can request an invoice when ordering. It is not possible to request one later.
6. Transport and delivery
Delivery via express courier to the address provided with tracking via email. Delivery time: 7 business days from the confirmation email, barring force majeure.
7. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has 14 days to withdraw without penalty by sending a registered letter with return receipt to:

The product must be returned intact. Refunds will be issued within 14 days, including shipping costs where applicable, using the same payment method. For bank transfers or cash on delivery, please provide bank details. Excludes customized, perishable, opened sealed, and food products.
8. Free returns
The return is free if the Customer follows the withdrawal procedure and waits for the contact to arrange collection with the indicated courier.
9. Warranty and defects of conformity
For defects, please contact info@cioccolatopuro.com . Legal guarantees apply (Articles 129, 130, and 132 of the Consumer Code). The defect must be reported within 2 months of discovery, except for perishable products with a shorter shelf life.
10. Errors and limitations of liability
The information on the Site is updated regularly. CIOCCOLATO PURO is not responsible for errors except in the case of willful misconduct or gross negligence and may correct the information at any time, guaranteeing the Customer's rights.

13. Applicable law and competent court
The contract is governed by Italian law. For consumers, the court of their place of residence/domicile has jurisdiction. In all other cases, the exclusive jurisdiction is Turin.
Acceptance of specific clauses
Pursuant to art. 1341 of the Italian Civil Code, the Customer specifically accepts:
